OUR PRODUCTS

Please follow the guidelines listed below to avoid processing delays -

• Shipping Address: include inmate's full name, CDCR number, & privilege group. Orders missing this information are subject to cancellation.. See bottom of page for an example.
• Orders may only include products permitted under the inmate's privilege group. Each product will have information on what is allowed for the inmate's privilege group. 
• Maximum allowable package weight is 30lbs ; maximum package dimensions 24x24x24". Your order will stay within package limits as long as it meets the product requirements for the inmate's privilege group.

 Shipping

• Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days or sooner. 
• Buyer will receive a purchase confirmation email when an order is placed and email when package is shipped.

 Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued for orders canceled before shipment of package. A shipment email message will be sent once package is sent. 

Reship 

• Orders returned by the institution will be reshipped to the inmate at a $10.00 fee.

 *Religious item restrictions have been removed — multiple packages per quarter are now allowed *

The California Department of Correction & Rehabilitation (CDCR) has approved this independent special purchase vendor to sell only approved religious merchandise items listed in the Religious Personal Property Matrix (RPPM) to CDCR inmates. CDCR's brief review and approval of this vendor was strictly limited to minimum security requirements and general business intent. CDCR is not affiliated with this vendor and does not guarantee that the vendor will fulfill any obligations, perform as expected, permanently remain in business, nor does the CDCR guarantee the vendor's products in any way. Any purchases from this vendor are at the buyer's sole risk. The CDCR assumes no liability whatsoever for such purchases, nor any aspect thereof.
